Universal credit.
Housing benefit.
N.B. The benefit recipient can be anyone that lives in the property, it does not have to be the home owner. For example, if a child, grandparent or partner live in the house and are in receipt of one of the listed benefits, the property will be eligible for full ECO4 funding.
Live in an area where the Council can sign off the approval sheet for funding
The councils requirements are.
Route 1
Earn less than £31,000 total gross annual household income.
Route 3
Sufering from specific health conditions – cardiovascular, respiratory, limited mobility or immune suppressed conditions.
